My communist state wants me to practice “racial equity” in my various courtrooms.

They don’t explain how.

When asked how, they use more buzzwords, like “current population” and “solutions.”

I hope the next person who mentions racial equity gets held up at gun point by someone “in that population”.

Each community has its own crime problem. Poor come in all races and genders.

My community has mostly poor black people. No one tries to get them out of poverty, I just deal with them fifteen years after dad left to go get cigarettes.

Want to fix crime?

I’d add “tell women to stop Fucking half the projects without condoms”.

Racial equity will get you killed. The end game is not arresting criminals due to racial quotas.
