Holes in the Paul Pelosi story

“Everyone deserves a good scare” is one of my favorite lines from one of my favorite movies, Halloween.
Paul Pelosi received more than a scare last week, being attacked with a hammer around 3 AM in the morning by David DePape. DePape was charged with a littany of felonies, most likely spending a decade or more in jail.
Or did he?
There are gaping holes in this story. Here were my first few impressions after hearing about and reading about the “facts” of the case, as well as brief analysis.
FWIW, I have had many cases involving hammers…
At first just the “intruder” was in his underwear, now Pelosi was also in his underwear. It begs the obvious question - we talking whitey tighties, boxer briefs, or boxers? Underwear is vague - was someone in a thong? What kind of underwear? Feels strange the news leaves it as underwear. Actually it makes perfect sense to keep it at underwear because…
How many people were there? Politico reported a third person. Were there others as well? What did they see? Why was a hammer being used? What was being nailed at 2 am? Was this person a male or female? It is a red flag that the third person was reported now is being brushed off. Was this person around when Pelosi called 911? Speaking of…
The 911 call was made when Pelosi was in the bathroom. This makes sense if:
he was hiding
he had time
which leads to…
Glass was broken outside the house. People smash windows to get in and the glass goes IN. There could be an argument made that something was used to pry the window open and the glass would be on the outside. Still…a hmmmmmmmmm……
Where was security? Pelosi is an 8 figure guy who routinely makes the right trades based solely off his accumen and definitely not related to his wife being second in line to become president. That place should have had outside and inside guards, plus probably neighborhood security. It is San Francisco! The crime rate is through the roof. You are telling me there was no security given the above? NO WAY. Where was security?
How did DePape get in? I don’t buy the window unless it was a Rapunzel type “break-in” . There would have been blood everywhere if the dude went through glass. People do not smash up windows then carefully move their bodies through like the T2 guy. Notice reports do not mention DePape or Pelosi being covered in blood.
What was DePape actually doing there? Evidence looks like he was let in. When did he get there? How long was he there? Did he come….with the third guy? Into the building, come into the building. Yes that’s it.
Since when do San Francisco police respond to a crime?
Does “where is Nancy?” sound similar to “this is MAGA country!”…because given the midterms are a few days away, it sounds a bit…on the nose. Why was someone involved in a gay orgy asking about a female? Did I say that out loud?
Did DePape make other statements? The only thing he said was "where’s Nancy?” Hard to believe. These statements are probably being covered up. What about the third person?

Anything else?
Regardless of who was involved, sucks for the family and the victim.
DePape is going away for a long time. Think J6 but now potentially covering up a gay orgy.
