Do I have a legal problem?
I am BowTiedLegal. I’ve been an attorney since 2010. I did almost a year as a misdemeanor level prosecutor. I have been a civil litigator since 2013.
I have a 90-95% win rate at various levels, from administrative hearings to municipal, county, state, and federal district courts and appellate work at state level courts of appeals and supreme courts.

I know the BowTied audience is mainly intelligent, successful non-attorneys. I am writing at your level.
My expertise is in the law. I will walk you guys and girls through the legal system the best I can.

12. You are being asked to sign a contract, agreement, or other document that you don’t understand.
13. You are being denied access to public records or documents.
14. You are being asked to provide a statement or testimony in a legal proceeding, whether at a hearing or in a deposition.
15. You have been accused of violating a legal contract or agreement.
16. You are being asked to provide evidence or documents in a legal proceeding.
17. You are being asked to provide testimony in a court of law.
